As part of my own challenge, I will take a chance on fitness. This past week, I’ve been taking part in Fitness and Fun. These daily exercises are good, especially for people with limited mobility. What is enjoyable about these fast-paced routines, is you can do it as slowly or speedily as you like. As its on Facebook live, you can go back and watch them anytime, meaning no set commitments.  

The other one I have been doing is the Neuromuscular centre zoom physio sessions.  

Already, after just a week of increasing my exercise pattern, I have seen an improvement in my balance. I can feel the effects on my mitochondria, but am sure that as I progress on my challenge, my energy and muscles strength will improve.
