Today meet Katie. She has Leigh’s
Katie is now 19yrs old and will have a go at anything! Nothing scares her and has done abseiling indoor wall climbing death swing(!) and has even water skied !! She never lets anything get her down ! She loved her brother Dan who we sadly lost 7yrs ago ( although he always had a worried look on his face whenever she got close !!) She continues to surprise us with what she achieves considering we were told she wouldn’t live long after being diagnosed!We take each day as it comes ! Sometimes it’s frustrating for us trying to find things for her to do or go on days out but she is such a happy cheeky young lady who is a joy to be around ( well most of the time !)
