We at Leigh Network are delighted to hold our annual mito family days, which we fundraise for throughout the year. These are a wonderful opportunity for our amazing mito warriors and their families to meet, share experiences and learn from each other, as well as the specialist Drs. and researchers who often give talks.
Our face to face meetings take place in accessible venues across the UK. This is to enable all families from different areas to attend. Since 2010 we have held many meetings including Liverpool, Birmingham, Peterborough, Windsor, Glasgow, Essex, Leeds. These are always the highlight of our year.

Due to the pandemic, the 2020 meet- ups have had to be postponed until further notice. However, despite the corona virus, we are finding new ways to help ease the isolation of lockdown. Our monthly zoom calls are a fantastic way for our family’s to stay in touch.
